Relative major/minor keys share the same key signature. Minors don't have relative minors. E minor's relative major is G major. (E major's relative minor is C#). Related majors/minors are a minor 3rd apart, with the minor lower. (Another way to express this is, a major scale's 6th note is its relative minor.)
