Even eliminating the countless domestic product that are made for 13 year old boys in mind, there still are many other films that engender very little reaction beyond more than a shoulder shrug, so at least this Von Trier film has people talking. It seems to break down into a love it/hate it polarity. You are correct about Dillon, although that shambling demeanor was perfect in the Bukowski inspired FACTOTUM. This sounds like a part for the edgy unpredictability of a Michael Shannon. Because of the subject matter, I assume a number of actors turned their backs on it
