There is an interview somewhere--I think it was reprinted in one of the pre-2014 editions of the NC e-zine--that purports to provide a slew of salient facts, but I think it's a virtual certainty that it's out of date by now. Eddie's interview with former Blackboard inmate Haggai Elitzur--as part of a recent in-house podcast program--is more recent, but it doesn't probe into the type of detail you're seeking.
The numbers that do exist seem to tell us that the FNF has been primarily responsible, funding-wise, for eight films over its existence--there is apparently another one in the pipeline that may be premiered at NC 16, but this has not evolved past the teaser phase as yet.
The SF edition of the NC festival remains a major source of revenue for FNF, it appears to be a high five-figure/low six-figure takeaway for them after all is said and done. As for the rest, it's ostensibly all in the tax returns.
