Clearly this is a low-budget, likely "dicey print" set for films that have been languishing around in the public domain for some time...squished onto 3 DVDs. But it's a pretty interesting lineup of films (since the image is a bit small, here's a list):

FEAR IN THE NIGHT
THE STRANGE WOMAN
THE RED HOUSE
THE STRANGE LOVE OF MARTHA IVERS
I think we all can figure that these are not going to make the most enjoyable viewing experience due to print/transfer quality issues that are likely to be severe and rampant, but the TITLES are an interesting mix. What eleven noirs would YOU package up in this way for a more general viewing public??
