Don't forget The Love Statue (1965) filmed in Greenwich Village, principally on Bleecker Street, with plenty of street scenes and some rooftops. Also shows the interior of The Bitter End Cafe where Bob Dylan began his career, the loft and rooftop above it and surrounding neighborhood.
There are quite a few Hollywood studio films shot in NYC around this time, but I'm sure you know about those. Look forward to your next revision.
