I agree with Don, this list holds up very well after 10 years. Maybe a few films a little higher like The Big Combo and many of the also-rans people hadn't seen back then (Cry Danger, Decoy, The Prowler and The Breaking Point), but it's still the best list I've seen of American classic noir.
And it's worth nothing how highly Scarlet Street rates in relation to Paste's No. 1, Woman in the Window.
