Finally got to see this film last night, which I'd been on the hunt for after reading a tantalizing review last June by Anthony Lane in the New Yorker. Worth the wait.
It's a take if you like on 'The Postman Always Rings Twice' though To its credit it subverts every expectation of it - the characters and their motivations, our 'relationship' to them, narrative markers, everything.
Wonderful film.
