Why throw you hard-earned money away on celebrity houses?
Instead of sparing a million (and half) or less to buy Bacall's house or hell's half acre, why not use your money to be a movie producer?
That's right, be a movie producer.
For a million (and a half) or less you can put your names above the title as so-and-so presents on not one, not two, but three feverish, hardboiled, relentless, merciless, state-of-the-art stereoscopic noirs, shot one after the other within nine months, on 35mm film for theatrical distribution and home video.
You'll make a ton of money and then you can buy all the celebrity houses you want.
