Director Edward L. Cahn takes a promisingly pulpy crime story set in post-revolutionary Cuba, squeezes the juice out of it and ends up with cardboard - though let it be said, the cleavage of Allison ('Attack of the 50 Foot Woman') Hayes has an undeniable life of its own.
