Crispin Glover and Tim Carey...there's a match made in Bellevue...talk a bout your certifiable...and Kyle Secor...loved him in Delusion with Jerry Orhback and also his role as a Baltimore detective in "Life...
Not sure about Pam...her blaxploitation roles as Coffey, et al were pretty much over the top (and what a top) if you know what I mean. The only black actor that I could see in noir is Bill Duke...who's believable as crooked cop, crime kingpin...or assorted heavy...pretty good director too. Add Ice T to the mix.
