to my list add a duet of Phillips...Baker Hall from Hard Eight and Seymour Hoffman any of his films, Before the Devil, Hard Eight, Capote, etc Both world weary, not pretty boys and noir worthy.
For the distaff side Kim Basinger is so gorgeous in LA Confidential in her 40's makeup and getups, she could easily have stood in forany of the glamour gals of noir.
