A true bevy of babes with birthdays today.
First we have Rita Hayworth, GILDA, ANGELS OVER BROADWAY, AFFAIR IN TINIDAD, LADY FROM SHANGHAI. Rita would have been 91 today.
Next up is everyones favorite dame, Beverly Garland. DOA, THE GLASS WEB, THE MIAMI STORY, CHICAGO CONFIDENTIAL, NEW ORLEANS UNCENSORED, DECOY tv series and countless tv spots. Bev would have been 83 toady.
Then turning 83 today is that drop dead beauty, Julie Adams. We all know her from CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON. She did dabble in noir a bit with roles in HOLLYWOOD STORY, SIX BRIDGES TO CROSS, SLAUGHTER ON 10TH AVE.
