I checked a few pages back, but saw nothing on this...but forgive me if I duplicate something already noted----
UCLA is running a series of British noir films from October 17 to 26, five double bills. Among the films are "Night and the City", "No Orhids for Mrs. Blandish", "Hell Drivers" with what became an all-star cast, and, of course, "The Third Man".
If you live in or near Los Angeles, you may want to catch a couple of sets of these films.
