Don, yes BETWEEN JOBS did play the Roxie back around 1998/99 and it was very enthusiastically received. I have a really nice copy of it on VHS along with a few other choice TV noirs that I keep meaning to have transferred over to DVD. And yeah, another marathon TV NOIR fest in SF would be a great idea!
