I used to pipe old time radio programs like "The Shadow" or "Inner Sanctum" through a speaker in an old cathedral radio cabinet to get the full effect. Wouldn't it be cool to run old TV programs like this through an old Philco Predicta, Curthes Mathes console or even stranger, an early Dumont "porthole" set (one with a 7" or 9" round picture tube)...talk about your nostalgia.
