Elliot, terrific write-up on this one. My memory tells me that this one was shown at the Roxie a few times back in the late 90s, am I correct? I'm pretty sure that's where I saw it, because periodically some of my cronies from SF at that time bring this one up as being especially striking and memorable.
Maybe a TV noir festival at the Roxie again soon, yes?? :-)
