Relax Boys
I never put much into these early commits as at least 60% or more change their minds well before next years National signing day.
Sometimes it works out but generally when it gets near crunch time and all the other coaches do their last minute push so many of these kids recind the verbals.
A couple of seasons ago we had three 5 star recruits from Texas give "Solid Verbal commitments" during a summer football camp.
Needless to say not one ended up playing for West Virginia. It's always nice to hear early verbals but they meen absolutely nothing until next years signing period.
