QB/ATH Victor Marc from hallandale HS in South Florida has been hearing from WVU coaches... most project him as an ATH but some schools are liking him as a QB... kid has started on varsity since freshman year in football, basketball and baseball... pure athlete... was offered by UNC tonight..... here is his junior highlight
