hey my brother hsd the same problem we went through the whole bike from new raiator to realys and fans ecc. the problem was so simple it is the antfrize mixture it has to be 50\50 in order to keep the bike cool at low rpm speeds it needs to be yahmaha antifreaze 50\50 pre mix email back i garantee it will fix your problem let me know thatms oh yeah if not is the fan coming on
