Hi Eric, sorry to here about your problem,have you had bike long & has it been like it all the time, or is since you drain the water.do you let the air out of the system if not try that it would help,you can change your thermostst for diffrant temp,make shaw fan is cutting in at right time. I had mine for 14 years its got hot a 2 of times like goinig through places like London & Paris,Take it down south france to the med every year great fun, p/s I break FZR1000 IF YOU NEED ANY PARTS I BUY THEM AS WELL ,LET ME KNOW HOW YOU GET ON WITH BABY,bye Terry
