fuel/electric problem...?

Giday, any help appreciated....I have a Suzuki GN 250 which, every other time you start it, will miss and stutter when revved...idle is fine ? New plug, air cleaner and carbie cleaned...! Could this be an electrical problem ? Coil, plug lead ??? Any ideas.....
