My wife just passed her test and has acquired a suzuki gn250.
We have just been cleaning and checking it out as she is very keen to get on the road, but we seem to be having some difficulty selecting neutral. It will click into neutral when the engine is not running but not when it is idling.
I have a couple of bikes myself and have been riding for too many years to remember. I had a suzuki gt250 many many moons ago and have a vague recollection of a solenoid which had something to do with gear selection.
Has anyone any advice???
