Introduction to Montessori

I have heard so many good things about Montessori and would love to learn more, since we are beginning to think about our children's (2 yrs old and 4 months old) education. Can anyone recommend a good introductory book that would teach me more about the philosophy? Thank you! Blessings, Anne Marie
