I went back to London today and visited the Canadian High Commission. It has a display of Canadian Jubilee coins, medals, stamps and interpretation boards about the Queen and Canada. Then you go into the High Commission itself, see some of the impressive state rooms and the new Canadian oil painting of the Queen. I must admit that I don't actually like the painting, the Queen looks funny in it, but, I heartily and proudly commend the High Commission and anyone else involved in the effort.
