Can someone remind me as to Canada Post's policy re: the availability of "Queen" stamps at Canada Post branches? This past week I visited two branches (one near McGill University, the other in the Plateau-Mont Royal neighbourhood) and was told that stamps featuring The Queen were only available in sheets and not individually. Does this satisfy the availability policy?
