They can be overcome by better education in our schools and universities on the role of the Monarchy in our Government. The lack of understanding of what it entails to "get rid of the Monarchy" and other superficial comments is abysmal. Ridicule and cynicism abounds in a society that is uninformed and "left in the dark" but our education system seems pathalogically opposed to teaching historical facts particularly where our process of Government is concerned. Our Premiers and legislators have to be made accountable for this lack of knowledge and understanding and made to enact legislation that forces our education system to make our system of Government, i.e. a Constitutional Monarchy as important a part of the curriculum as science, mathematics etc.
