On the contrary,the idea that these "changes" had to be implemented at all is reason to sack "the staff" at Rideau Hall for their complete lack of skill in the execution of their appointed duties for which they are paid. I am quite certain there are scores of Canadians of all ages and backgrounds in our universities, and elsewhere, properly informed and learned in the role of the Canadian Monarchy, who would give their eye teeth to loyally serve the GG and the office at Rideau Hall.The current "staff" wouldn't be missed at all but rather their sacking seen as an enlightened new era in presenting the Canadian Monarchy not only to Canadians but to the world at large.
