I know nothing about genealogy, but, if Genghis Khan can be considered Chinese, Sir Iain Moncreiffe of that Ilk in his book, Royal Highness (1982), pp. 8-9, 100-101, describes the descent of Queen Mary, the Queen's grandmother, from him.
