I'm quite sure they (as in the governments of the Commonwealth Realms, perhaps the governments of other Commonwealth countries too) are preparing for event. However there is a good amount of time between the great event and now. So, no notable preparations would probably be made now.
On a related topic: I do hope the Queen reaches even her Platinum Jubilee in 2022, that would be wonderful, a fantastic world event. I'm quite sure Her Majesty will live for that much, and even more. 
The Jubilees should help remind unsure people/critics of the Crown just how loved The Queen is.
