It isnt a federal election candidate, but a Vincent St. Pierre in the CYA (Canadian Youth Assembly) is a rathr known Monarchist in the LYPC (Liberal Youth Party of Canada) party.
He wrote quite the large piece on why the Monarchy is important. I'll reply to this post iff I find it.
