Don't think I'll get the chance to talk to my representitives before the next federal or provincial election but since I'm taking a political leadership course and we will be having 1 MP, 2 former premiers, and 3 senators as guest speakers I suppose I'll corner them with the question during class. I'll let you know how it went after I've had a chance to talk to all of them.
As for the first part of the question; I am not an optimist in regards to MP's being ablility to enact change on their own(hence my slowness to seek out their oppinion), it is the leaders we must reach.
