There are now wikipedia biographies for every provincial lieutenant-governor save three, Frederick Francis Mathers, Henry Ernest Kendall and John Elvin Schaffner - all of Nova Scotia. (The biography of James Robson Douglas also needs work). Can you provide any assistance?
