I was listening to CBC radio the day prior to the funeral and the announcer asked why so much detail and pomp was going into the funeral. I was pleased that the guest, a Mr. LeBlanc from Heritage Canada said," after all this was the representative of our Head of State HM Queen Elizabeth". I have a program from the funeral and also noted that the Royal Anthem was not sung, and I feel it should have been.
