I can understand the real world getting in the way of life's challenges I'm really glad your not homeless that would be a real tragedy!!
I'm really glad your almost able to get back to your bench and the numbness in your hands is getting under control
In the last 2 yrs my health has made me question moving here to NC (although I loved my job running the largest mess hall on Marine Corp Base Camp Lejeune)since moving here I've lost both big toes to bacterial infections and most of the arch in one foot so it's been allot of time on my back LOL,instead of at the bench.
I promise as soon as I'm able I'll get you some pics of the ship!
I will tell you I did make a HUGE mistake was looking at 3D printed models on Shapeways and there was a 1/400 scale Marlin so I ordered one BIG mistake it was all wrong! The fuselage forward of the wings is way to long and the bow is flat not pointed no concave couture's and a nose Jimmy Durante would be proud of .
I've learned not to order on a whim late at night before really studying the pics!!
I have ordered other items including a 60's International Harvester USN Fuel Truck in 1/144 scale that a really great designer on there made for me (as I have wanted ever since I was a kid stationed all over the Far East).
I Thank you for your very generous gift of 6 Marlins,I now have to get busy on my Pine Island so it will be finished in time for your GREAT Marlins!!
Thank you my friend
