All right, they're starting to roll off the line; conversion parts to transform the Airfix Ajax kit into Sydney.

These examples of the upper wing and fuselage/lower wing parts have some defects in them, but I've already poured subsequent castings which are near-perfect; they will present no problem. Again, you can't see from these pics the gorgeous fine detail created by the cockpit window framing, surrounding gloss-finish windows - but you will, soon enough!

As always with this type of (epoxy) resin, the "bad news" is that it has to sit for about two weeks until cured sufficiently for working. However the good news is that I've been so busy lately that I've been sitting on these pics of the above parts for over a week already! So stand by…
