Beautiful!!!! I'm gonna have to order a couple of 'em,' as I've got two RenVell boomers to do - the Andrew Jackson re-release and the old Ethan Allen, which is going to be a full hull display kit (the interior's beyond salvage).
A couple questions -
*Where on the hull will you have to cut to install it?
*Will it have any inetrior detail or bulkhead/hull placement points matching the original kit?
*Have you considered doing a generic sonar installation as well? Gotta admit that would look pretty impressive.
Also, just a side comment - I'm playing with some of the control room panels to see what can be done abut lighting them. What I'm thinking about doing is rebuilding them out of clear plastic and fiber-optic lighting them. of course, then one has to come up with a light source and then a plan to run them, but I think it's doable.
