Abandoned cars.

Do the council intend doing anything about the abandoned van that has been blighting fox covert lane for the past few years, It is just left rotting in the hedgerow and I am positive that it will be devoid of road tax.
It seems to me that most of you people only care about the half of the village that looks picturesque and turn a blind eye to the problems the other half has.
Still nothing changes eh!
