Seem's like if it's not the Mayor's idea or solution, it's a "bad." I remember how he severely criticized the King Street improvements running thru Chinatown. He said the lanes were too narrow and there would be lots of accidents. I don't hear him criticizing it any more. People who have worked with him says he's a "bully."
