I read in the Advertiser Letters to the Editor that we all should return the blue bins to the Mayor and the City. It is, after all, "Property of the City & County of Honolulu." Let them deal with the blue bins. Is it possible to leave ALL of them in a Mililani Park so that the City may pick them up at their own leisure?
