You are right! I see a lot of places in Mililani that are future accidents waiting to happen. What can be done to change this?

: I was coming home from town one night
: and came upon a huge accident at the
: apex of the big roundabout of the
: northbound Mililani exit. People,
: cars, and debris were strewn all
: over the road way and it must ahve
: just happened because smoke was
: still clearing. I nearly hit a guy
: who was brave enough to wave other
: drivers to slow so they wouldn't
: pile up into the accident scene.
: The northbound on and offramps are
: separated only by a line of brush,
: and I knew it was only a matter of
: time before a speeding car (and/or
: drunk driver) would fail to
: negotiate the turn and cross over
: into oncoming traffic. I think a
: concrete barrier should be installed
: there. Also, when you're waiting at
: the light to turn left onto the H2
: northbound onramp, only flimsy
: plastic poles are there to protect
: you from someone turning too wide
: into Mililani. Two concrete
: barriers in these two places sure
: would prevent a lot of collisions
: and possibly deaths. Of course if
: people didn't drive like lunatics,
: that would help too.
