Health care coverage/Boat Storage

My wife and I are moving to Mililani from the mainland the later part of this year. In preparing for the move, we have so many questions and so much to do. We found out our health care provider doesn't cover Hawaii. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with Kaiser or Blue Cross (HMSA)? Also, we are planning on sending our 20' boat over ahead of us. Does anyone know of a decent boat storage facility hopefully near Mililani or in the alternative either Windward or North Shore?
