Makua: Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. informed MTA that it is building two buildings in that empty lot between Rec. Center V and the Sales Office. One building will be used as Castle & Cooke's Field Office. The other building is a professional building. Currently a venetarian and an escrow office is slated. I believe there is space for one other business. Both buildings will be sharing a common parking lot between both buildings. Castle & Cooke has indicated it may be willing to share its parking lot for overload parking from Rec. Center V's parties on the weekends. Respectfully, Calvin K.
