I do not understand why they have not cut the grass at all this year. Since we didn't get any rain last year and cutting was not necessary, did they pull it out of the budget? It looks awful!!
At least the street-side of the sidewalk is cut, I'm hoping they do the rest. Particularly, the H2N mauka bound off-ramp.
