Here is part of the minutes from the March 2007 Mililani Mauka neighborhood board meeting. This infomation is dated but, it gives you an idea of what is planned.
"Commercial leasing discussions are continuing, with interested tenants (Mauka B, adjacent to McDonald’s and Tesoro) including a Chinese restaurant, local plate lunch, hair saloon, pet and beauty stores, and on the other commercial site, a Japanese restaurant, medical and dentist offices, and financial offices. The intent is to have the sites operational in the first quarter of next year."
