Link: kipapa gulch the body count is going up
when is the state going to fix the hill sides in kipapa gulch. I have lost 3 cars to falling rocks and 1 car to a hit and run that was almost a head on collision. How many people have to die or get injured before we fight to have the gulch fixed. It is the only other alternative to going town and it has almost as much trafic as the freeway. the state does not cover any of your expenses after your insurance company pays there share. It does not matter if you just put 5000.00 in repairs or more if the local sales say the car is only worth 100.00 thats all you get. now you have to buy a car, pay your medical and pay the loan on the old car that was killed by a rock from the hillside or on the road. then you have to pay the loan for the repairs you did on the car just before it was smashed. All this just because there is only half the rocks covered by fence and no where to go if a rock is in the road. This is ok because the state put up a sign that says beware of falling rocks. This makes them not not responsible, because you know when you see a rock to fly over it or jump around it. The state is not responsible for making the roads safe only to cleaning them up. They do not understand that we live real lives pay check to pay check. My wife has had cancer 3 times and i was run down by a truck I cant afford to clean up the mess the state refuses to clean up. They will eithe wait for someone important to die or that the body count gets noticed. Contact your representatives and lets get them to do what we voted for them to do. One complaint means nothing to them which is a quote. Justice goes to the people who yell the loudest or have the most money .
