Sekiya is in his position because he is friends with the HR manager Karen Oshiro. He was hired as the Member Relations Manager and proved that he was incompetent. So when the released the Recreaton Manager, who was given more responsibility? Mr Sekiya of course who had NO KNOWLEDGE of the position and dumped all of the Manager work on his employees. He did make changes, that made no sense and that memebers opposed, but at least he could say he was doing something. They took a step in the right direction by hiring the new Rec Manager but by now its too late. You have to wonder when employees that have been with MTA for 5 plus and in 1 case 15 plus years up and leave.
