From someone who had dealt with Calvin for a long time and still continues to do so, Calvin has changed through the years. Previously, I would say about 4-5 years ago, he wasn't that bad towards people. He still had the edge to him, but he was still somewhat cordial towards those he spoke to. Within the past few years, he has taken a turn for the worst. There has been quite a few changes on the MTA management staff as some of the other managers have come and gone quite a bit now. I think MTA has a bigger issue. The Directors really should take a look at the direction the MTA is going in. It isn't status quo anymore. There are more and more people just getting fed up with the arrogance and unfortunately it comes directly from the manager and his immediate reports. Just my 2 cents.
