But that is in no means a reason for Mr. Maeda to act as he does. Mililani is a wonderful place to live as evidenced by the number of people who choose to call Mililani home. If you are caught off guard, then you haven't had to deal with him. He will talk to you and then behind your back say something else. He twists the truth and he is very two faced. Don't be mislead by the way he answers the phone like a jolly good person. He's not. As seen in the forum, he's arrogant and his behavior pattern trickles down to the rest of the staff.
