I am so happy I am not the only one who felt that way after reading the newsletter. MTA has become very arrogant in their approach towards residents. This is evidenced by the GM's comments in the newsletter. With his arrogance, he has already set the tone for the entire office. If you consider it, the entire newsletter is written in a somewhat condescending manner. It is so disappointing that the Board of Directors continues to allow this type of behavior to continue. As B. Forsythe noted, the GM's attempt to "spin" the story only made him look shallow and it was uncalled for. So I echo the comments... if you can't act professionally, then quit! And I didn't throw away my ballot...
