He is a rental property manager and runs his business at the same time he is suppose to be running MTA, he uses MTA business cards for his clients and does showings while he is on the clock , which we all pay for. Numerous complaints have gone to the board (Eric) and they turn a blind eye. Yes they are aware of it!! We vote for the same board members or we throw the ballots away. Make a difference vote for someone new and get them out.
